Surgery process:

Extract the residual tooth in the left upper 5^th maxillary area and left lower 6^thdecay tooth .Placed the 4 dental implants in left upper 3^rd and 5^th and right upper 5^th and 6^th maxillary area. After healing of the wounds, do canal treatment for the left lower 5^th and 7^th maxillary area and fitted with the dental bridge.

19、A hole was founded while drilling(left upper maxillary)   20、Finish of drilling(left upper maxillary)

23、The implant was placed to the desirable position by using implant R/H adapter  24、The cover screw was mounted following the grafting of the implant

25、Bone grafting was performed on the hole of left buccal side.(left upper maxillary)   26、PRF was performed on bone grafting and ready to sutured wound
